Established in 1980, as a New York State, 501 (c) 3, non-profit-corporation, Long Island Development Corporation (LIDC) is a development finance agency, and a direct lender that serves as Long Island’s premiere resource for low-cost small business loans and economic development services. Headquartered in the Hauppauge Industrial Park, occupying nearly 4,000 square feet of professional office and business training space, utilizing state of the art information technology systems. LIDC is a successful fully operational financial institution in excellent standing, always at the ready to serve Long Island’s business community.
