Request for Proposal – SCWBEC Website Redesign & Development

Grow Your Business with the Professional Women of Suffolk County!

As part of SCWBEC’s continued effort to strengthen our digital presence and better serve our community, we are reaching out to our valued SCWBEC members and Long Island business community with an invitation to submit proposals for the redesign and redevelopment of our official website, scwbec.org.

The purpose of this project is to replace our existing functions of the website with a modern, dynamic, and highly functional platform that reflects SCWBEC’s mission to empower, connect, and elevate women-owned businesses across Long Island. The new website should maintain and improve all current functionalities while introducing enhanced features, streamlined navigation, improved administrative capabilities, and an upgraded user experience for our members, sponsors, and community partners.

Through this initiative, SCWBEC seeks to modernize its online presence, improve engagement, simplify communication and operations, and create a more effective digital resource that supports the organization’s continued growth and impact.

All proposals should include a comprehensive plan outlining your design approach, development process, technical recommendations, timeline, ongoing support options, and detailed cost breakdown. We encourage creativity, innovation, scalability, and practical functionality aligned with SCWBEC’s goals, mission, and long-term vision.

Please submit your completed proposal by May 24, 2026, via email to chair@scwbec.org, using the subject line: “RFP Submission – SCWBEC Website Redesign.”

Should you have any questions or require additional information, please direct all inquiries to the same email address, using the subject line: “RFP Inquiry – SCWBEC Website Project.”

We truly value your participation as a member of the SCWBEC community and encourage you to take part in this important initiative. Your expertise and insights can play a key role in helping shape the future of our organization’s online presence.

Warm Regards,

Katherine Cortavarria Chair Suffolk County Women’s Business Enterprise Coalition (SCWBEC)
